In order to be called a student, you must have a student card! Currently, two options are available: the Lithuanian Student Card (LSP) and the International Student Card (ISIC). Both certificates:

  • Confirms student status;
  • Provides public transport benefits;
  • Allows integration of both Vilnius and Kaunas public transport tickets;
  • Allows you to use partner discounts.

However, there is one difference – ONLY with an LSP will you be able to access and use the services of the Vilnius University library. Therefore, we suggest that you first purchase an LSP, and then, if the need arises (you want to take advantage of partner discounts or go on a study exchange), you will be able to get an ISIC certificate as well.

More information about the privileges granted and how to order certificates can be found on the websites of LSP and ISIC.

If you have any questions, contact the VU SR LSP coordinator by email at [email protected]
